For the purposes of this agreement, the rental company is Central-Paku and a renter or the other rental company.
1. CAR USE AND RESTRICTIONS
A. The renter must take care of the vehicle as ones own and be careful when using the vehicle
B. The Renter is the principal user of the vehicle and may only surrender the vehicle to a person who is familiar with the terms and conditions of use of the vehicle and all other conditions imposed by the Rental Company. The driver must have a valid driving license, And at least one year of driving experience and 18 years of age.
C. The vehicle must not be used without the written permission of the rental company for towing, racing, ice riding, training or any other unspecified use that is not covered by the vehicle insurance or the rental agreement.
D. When leaving the vehicle, the vehicle must be locked at all the times that it’s not in use.
E. The car must be checked by both parties before renting in order for any damage to be recorded.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR VEHICLE
2.1 RENTER RESPONSIBILITY
In case of any accident, it’s the renter duty to inform the police immediately first and Central-Paku second,and must pay the insurance access fees of (EUR 1500).Unless a reduced rate of (EUR 750) is been purchased for (EUR 20) in advance.
A. The renter will compensate for damage to the car and car equipment, as well as lost parts and equipment.
B. The Renter undertakes to clean or to pay the cost of cleaning any dirt from the. Smoking and transportation of animals in bulk is prohibited. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition when it was collected. Post-cleaning at a minimum of 50 € / hour.
C. The Renter undertakes to pay a daily fee of € 50. for any downtime caused by the damage. The standstill period starts from the damage and it may last up to 30 days.
2.2 DEDUCTIBLE AND ITS DEDUCTION
The renter can halve the insurance deductible fee from (EUR 1500 to EUR 750) for the fees of (EUR 20). That does not cover cleaning fees, off-road driving, empty tires or other similar damage that the renter can prevent.
2.3 CUSTOMER LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
If the damage is caused intentionally due to carelessness,and or occurred to the in violation of the law ( under the influence of alcohol, drugs,or any illegal substance) or if renter has clearly violated the terms of the contract, the renter will be liable for any damage caused or cost incurred.
2.4 IF THE DAMAGE OR LOSS IS CAUSED BY A THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE (ACCORDING TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND POLICE REPORT) THAT MAKES THE THIRD-PARTY LIABLE FOR ALL DAMAGE AND COMPENSATION. THE LESSEE FREE OF LIABILITY
2.5 OTHER POSSIBLE PAYMENTS
The renter pays the rental fee, parking fees and other similar charges, plus 20 € office charges for the rental company, if any. fines must be sent to them afterwards.
In case of limited (150 kilometres) included in your agreement.Extra kilometres are charged at (25 cent ) per extra km
3. RENTAL PAYMENT
A. Renting fees is to be paid in full at the time of reservation. The named renter is the person liable for the payment if the entity or company he/she represents fails to pay.
B. Any other form of payment must be agreed in advance and entered into the agreement.
C. Refund in full if you cancel your booking 48 hours in advance.
4. OUR OBLIGATIONS.
The vehicle will be handed over to the renter ready for use. Vehicle guidance is provided with the necessary instructions. If the delivery of the vehicle to the renter is delayed or not agreed on, the renter may claim compensation, discount or cancel the contract.
5. CAR RENTED BY KILOMETRES.
A. Calculated on the odometer. If the meter is broken, try to estimate the kilometers traveled. If the meter is broken or deliberately damaged, the trip is assessed by the rental company if the customer is unable to prove the distance is shorter (or longer).
B. Immediately report the breakage of the meter to Central-Paku by text.
6. COMMENTS ON THE CAR FUEL AND MAINTENANCE.
The renter pays for the diesel they use. only diesel fuel can be used. The renter is responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the wrong fuel. It’s a full fuel tank to full fuel tank rent policy. In addition to the fuel, a refueling fee of EUR 30 is charged for refueling.The renter must immediately report any engine warning to the company.
7. CUSTOMER’S TASKS IN POSSIBLE CAR INFRINGEMENTS OR ACCIDENT.
A. In all cases, you must always contact the POLICE. Theft must always be reported to the POLICE without delay.
B. In the case of traffic damage, the damage claim and the guilty nature of the fault must be reported the POLICE. Contacting the POLICE is always MANDATORY if a person has been injured in crash also with a deer or a reindeer. A POLICE report is sent to Central-Paku. If the failure to notify the concerned authorities that results in the loss or cancellation off the insurance indemnity, the renter is liable for all the damage and loss.
8. LIABILITY OF THE CHANGE PACKAGE IN FAILURE EVENTS
If a technical or other error occurs while the car is being rented by a customer, the customer may require the repair or reduction of an error or fault. Due to a larger defect or error, the customer may demand the cancellation of the entire lease. The contract cannot be terminated if the fault can be rectified within a reasonable time or the vehicle is replaced by Central-Paku. If there are no essential driving disruptions: breakage of air conditioning, radio, electric windows or similar accessories that do not endanger the continuation of the journey.
9. RETURNING THE CAR AT THE END OF RENTAL
A. The return will be in accordance with the agreement. Changes must be agreed in advance. A mere announcement of a change to the rental company is not enough.
B. A delay of more than one hour in the return will result in at least an additional 24-hour billing from the customer (EUR 50) and notification to the police.
C. If the van is returned before the agreed time, the rental will be determined by the original agreement.
10. DISCLAIMER OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT BEFORE THE TERMINATION OF THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT
If the terms and conditions of the contract are violated by the renter or the Removals Battery estimates that the renter is unable to comply with the contract or drive the vehicle he or she rents properly, the contract may be terminated by the rental company. This is also the case if the van is damaged due to crash or theft to the extent that van rental cannot be continued. In these cases, the customer must return the van immediately to the company.
11. TRANSPORTING A CAR TO THE FOREIGN
The car may only be transported outside the Finnish borders if the Central-Paku has been specifically authorized in writing.
12. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
Disputes between the Central-Paku and the Renter are mainly resolved by negotiation. Disputes pending before the court must be brought before the District Court of the company registered address in Turku.
